BB - Balcony: Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open to a private balcony with sweeping views. So enjoy beautiful sunrises, breathtaking sunsets and a cozy and comfortable room designed with you in mind. Accommodates: 2-4 Total Approx. Size: 204-366 sq. ft. Balcony Size: 32-133 sq. ft.
OB - Oceanview with Picture Window: Enjoy a large picture window and two lower beds that convert to a queen-size bed. Accommodates: 2-5 Total Approx. Size: 161-252 sq. ft.

Deposits are only $325 per person to reserve your cabin now. Final payment isn't due until (July 9th, 2026). Deposits are non-refundable.

We have added the City of Elgin IL 4th of July Festival which is free for the entire family with a huge traditional parade, entertainment all afternoon and evening, and directly following Shawn's show, one of the largest fireworks display in Chicagoland's Western Suburbs, will dazzle festival goers young and old. We are also very excited to announce that Shawn Klush has been asked to perform at Graceland's ‘All American Weekend'. He will perform Saturday, July 5th, 2025. The current Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Emilio Santoro will open the show and then Shawn will take the Stage right before Graceland's huge fireworks display.
